Is there an age limit?
Unfortunately yes you must be 14 years old or above to ride and eBike.

Our eBikes and helmets are sanitised daily before and after each use.
What is your policy for damaged products?
We will check the eBikes together when we deliver them to you - This will be rechecked on return of the eBikes. There will be no charge for the normal wear and tear we would expect - however for anything beyond this there will be a replacement and labour charge. This will be charged to your credit card details you have provided us with. It is just a case of looking after our bikes as if they were your own...
What equipment do you provide?
Our eBikes come with a helmet (Or you can bring your own.) Hi Viz vest, a lock and one key.
The eBike also comes with a puncture repair kit spare tube and mini pump.

Can you ride eBikes in the rain?
Yes you can,
It’s sensible to avoid deep puddles, flooded roads and streams – anything that would completely submerge the electric components of your bike.
